How your ring is made
From the setting you choose to the insured parcel at your door.

Most of our rings are made after you order them. That is why a ring takes about 10–15 days, and why it is exactly the ring you chose. Here is what happens in that time.
1. You choose the setting
Start from a design, then choose its metal, band and finish. Every setting is shown in the metals it is made in.
2. You choose the diamond
Filter our diamonds by shape, carat, colour and clarity until one is yours. Each engagement ring diamond has an IGI or GIA report, and the report number is on its page.
3. We build it
The setting is cast, the stone is set, and the finished ring is checked and cleaned before it leaves us. A piece we already hold in stock ships within two business days.
4. It comes to you
Shipping is free in both directions. Every parcel is insured for its full value, tracked, and needs a signature on delivery.
And afterwards
You have 30 days from delivery to return a piece, free and insured, apart from engraved or made-to-specification pieces. Your first resize is free within 60 days, and cleaning and inspection are free for life.
