When it ships
A piece we hold in stock leaves within two business days. A made-to-order piece — which is most of what we make — takes about 10–15 days before it ships.
Who carries it
FedEx, UPS or DHL, chosen by destination. You receive the tracking number as soon as the parcel is collected.
Where we ship
More than twenty countries. Duties and import taxes, where a country charges them, are the recipient’s.
Insurance and signature
Every parcel is insured for its full value and requires a signature on delivery. We cannot release a parcel without one.
