Terms
Terms
The terms you agree to when you order from us.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The sale is made when we confirm the order by e-mail.
Prices and availability
Prices are shown in the store’s own currency and include the configuration you chose. A price shown in error does not bind us; we will tell you and refund in full.
Made to order
Most pieces are made after you order. The lead time given on the product page is our best estimate, not a guarantee of a date.
Diamond grading
Grades are the independent laboratory’s. Where a report exists its number is published with the stone.
Liability
Nothing here limits a right you have by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
