Thirty days, free and insured — with three exceptions.
If a piece is not right, send it back unworn, with its certificate, within thirty days of delivery. The return is free, insured and tracked, and we refund the full price to the original payment method once the piece is back with us — no restocking fee.
The thirty days
Counted from the day the parcel is delivered, not the day you ordered. Tell us first and we send the return label.
What we cannot take back
Three things: a piece engraved to your words, a piece made to a specification that is yours alone, and a piece that has been worn or altered by someone else.
How the refund is paid
To the card or account that paid, once the piece has been checked. Allow a few days for your bank.
Exchanges
A different size is a resize, not a return — and your first resize is free within 60 days of delivery. Ask us first.
